Rite Aid's New Coupon Policy

I think by now most couponers have heard about Rite Aid's new coupon policy.  I think the biggest change, and the worst one is that they now won't allow  BOGO coupons, during a BOGO sale.  They also only allow 4 like coupons, which is to probably deter people who have  "Extreme Couponing" styles of shopping.  Here is the link to it.
